Jai Club Customer Care
The official ways to contact Jai Clubsupport about your account, payments or games — plus what to include so your question is answered first time, and how to tell real support from impostors.
In-app customer service
Sign in and open the customer service option from your account page. It is the quickest route for anything about your own balance or transactions.
Try the self-help guides first
Many questions are answered in minutes by the right guide. For sign-in or OTP trouble, see the Jai Club login help. For installing or updating the Android app, use the app download page. Payout delays are covered in the withdrawal problem guide, and redeeming rewards in the gift code guide. The FAQ collects the rest.
What to include in your message
- Always: your registered mobile number (this is your registration number and login ID) and a short description of the problem.
- Deposits: the amount, the time, the UPI app used and the UPI transaction reference from your payment app.
- Withdrawals: the amount, the request time, the status shown in your withdrawal history and any reference number.
- Game rounds: the game, the period number, your selection and stake, and a screenshot of your bet history.
- Gift codes: the code exactly as announced, where you saw it, and the error message you received.
How to recognise fake customer care
We do not publish a phone number for customer care. Numbers that appear in search snippets, video comments or chat groups under the Jai Club name are not listed by us. Fake support agents typically contact you first, ask for your OTP, password or UPI PIN, ask you to install a screen-sharing app, or request a “fee” to release a withdrawal or unlock an account. Genuine support does none of these things. If in doubt, end the conversation and come back through the channels on this page.
Customer care FAQ
What is the Jai Club customer care number?
This website does not publish a customer care phone number. Use the customer service option inside your logged-in account or email [email protected]. Numbers shared on search results, comment sections or chat groups claiming to be Jai Club customer care are not listed by us and should be treated as suspicious.
What is my Jai Club registration number?
Your registration number is the mobile number you used to create your account. It is also your login ID, so quote it whenever you contact customer care.
Will customer care ask for my OTP or password?
No. Genuine support never needs your OTP, password or UPI PIN, and never asks you to install a screen-sharing or remote-access app. Anyone who does is not Jai Club support.
How do I get help with a withdrawal that has not arrived?
Send your registered mobile number, the amount, the date and time, the status shown in withdrawal history and any reference number, with a screenshot. Our withdrawal problem guide lists the usual causes to check first.
Can customer care give me a gift code?
Gift codes are announced through official notices inside the platform. Customer care can help if a genuine code fails to redeem, but no one can sell or generate codes for you.
