Jai Club Login Step by Step: Mobile Number, Password and OTP

Signing in to Jai Club takes two things: the mobile number you registered with and the password you set at signup. Type the 10-digit number, enter the password exactly as you created it, tap Sign In, and your dashboard opens. There is no email login, no username and, for an ordinary sign-in, no SMS code. If that short version already works for you, you are done. If it does not, this walkthrough covers each step in more detail, explains when an OTP really comes into the picture, and lists the checks worth making before you message support.
This page is only about getting back into an account you already have. If you still need to create one, or you want the sign-in form and the signup steps side by side, use the combined login and register page instead.
What you need before you open the Jai Club login screen
A little preparation saves most failed attempts. Before you start, have these ready:
- The exact number you registered. Your mobile number is your account ID. If you own more than one SIM, think about which one you used on the day you signed up, because the other number will not find your account.
- Your password. It is case-sensitive. If you are not sure of it, it is better to go straight to Forgot Password than to keep guessing.
- Access to that SIM. You will not need a code for a routine sign-in, but if you end up resetting the password, the code goes to the registered number. Keep the phone with that SIM nearby and with signal.
- The right place to sign in. That is either the Jai Club Android app or the official website in your browser. Both use the same account and the same wallet, so pick whichever you normally use.
One note for anyone using an older copy of the app: outdated builds can stall at the sign-in screen. If you have not updated for a while, get the current version from the official app download page before you begin.
Signing in with mobile number and password
The steps are the same in the app and in a browser:
- Open the Jai Club app, or open the official website and go to the login form.
- In the mobile number field, type only your 10-digit number. The +91 country code is added for you, so do not type it again and do not add a leading zero.
- Enter your password. Check that caps lock is off and that your keyboard has not auto-capitalised the first letter.
- Tap Sign In. When the number and password match, the dashboard opens with your wallet balance at the top and the game lobby below.
Once you are in, the device keeps you signed in until you log out yourself or change your password. You can be signed in on the app and a browser at the same moment; both show the same balance and history, because there is only one account behind them.
If you see an “incorrect password” message, slow down and retype it once, carefully. If it fails again, stop and use Forgot Password rather than trying variations. An “account not found” message almost always means the number does not match a registered account: a swapped digit, the wrong SIM, or an account that was never created in the first place.
When an OTP is needed, and why it sometimes doesn't arrive
Many people search for a Jai Club login OTP, so it helps to be clear about when a code is actually sent. A normal sign-in does not use one; the number and password are enough. A one-time code appears at two moments only:
- At registration, to confirm that the mobile number belongs to you.
- During Forgot Password, so that only the owner of the registered number can set a new password.
To reset a password, choose Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your registered number and request the code. Type it in while it is still valid, then choose a new password you have not used on the account before. Saving it signs out every other device that was logged in, which is exactly what you want if you think someone else knew the old one.
If the code is slow, the usual reasons are simple. The number you typed may be off by a digit. The phone may have weak or no signal at that moment. Your messaging app may have put the SMS in a spam or blocked folder. Or you may have asked for several codes in quick succession, which can cancel the earlier ones. Give the first request a full minute, check the number, look in the blocked folder, then ask for one fresh code. Each code works once and only for a short time, so a mistyped code should be replaced with a new request rather than entered again. If two attempts still bring nothing, contact support with your registered number ready.
One warning belongs here. If a screen you reached from a forwarded link asks for an OTP when you were only trying to sign in normally, stop and check the address before typing anything. Our account security and safe payments guide explains how to confirm you are on the genuine site and how look-alike pages try to collect codes.
Staying signed in safely on a shared phone
Because the app and the browser keep you signed in until you log out, a shared or family phone needs a bit of extra care. Anyone who picks up the device while your session is open can see your wallet and history. A few habits keep that from becoming a problem:
- Log out from the account menu every time you finish on a phone that is not only yours. Closing the app or the browser tab is not the same as logging out.
- When the browser offers to save your password, decline on shared devices. A saved password lets the next person sign straight in.
- On a borrowed phone, use a private or incognito window, which does not keep the session or the typed details once it is closed.
- Keep a screen lock on your own phone, so an unattended handset does not mean an open account.
- If you think someone else has seen or used your password, reset it straight away. Every other device is signed out the moment the new password is saved.
Never share your password or an OTP with a family member, a friend who offers to “help”, or anyone claiming to be staff. Genuine Jai Club support will not ask for either, whether by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
Login button does nothing: quick checks before contacting support
Sometimes there is no error at all: you tap Sign In and the screen simply sits there or keeps spinning. This is nearly always a connection or device issue rather than a problem with your account. Work through these in order:
- Confirm both fields are filled in completely. A number that is one digit short can leave the button unresponsive.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then try again. A weak or captive Wi-Fi network is a common culprit.
- In a browser, reload the page. If that does not help, clear the cache or open a private window, which rules out stale files and extensions.
- In the app, close it fully and reopen it. If it still hangs, update it from the official download page, because old builds can fail at this exact step.
- Try the other route. If the app will not sign you in, try the browser with the same number and password, or the other way round. If one works, your account is fine and the issue is with the device or app.
If none of that helps, reach out through the channels listed on the customer care page. Mention your registered mobile number, whether you were using the app or a browser, what you saw on screen, and the steps you have already tried. A clear first message avoids a slow back-and-forth. Do not include your password or any OTP; support does not need them to help.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an OTP every time I log in to Jai Club?
No. A normal sign-in uses only your registered mobile number and your password. One-time codes are sent when a new account is verified at registration and when you reset a forgotten password.
Can I log in with my email address or a username?
No. The registered mobile number is the login ID on Jai Club. No email address is collected at signup, so the number and password together are the only sign-in combination.
Can I stay logged in on my phone and a browser at the same time?
Yes. The same number and password work in the Android app and in a browser at once. If you change your password, every device is signed out and you will need to log in again on each one.
Are the login forms on the login and register page my real account?
No. The forms at the top of that page create a free play-money demo account that is stored only in your own browser. Your real account details are entered in the Jai Club app or on the official site's sign-in screen.
Someone on WhatsApp says they can fix my login if I share the OTP. Should I?
Never. Genuine support does not ask for your OTP, password or UPI PIN by call, SMS or chat. Anyone who asks is trying to take over your account.
